I'm also experienced in teaching pre/post-natal exercises and can offer a full-body workout plan, suitable for the comfort and security of your home. From a young age, I was always very energetic taking part in ballet, gymnastics and tennis. I then started to go to the gym as it helped me to de-stress and it gave me a motivation where I started competing as a fitness model. I was still working as a barber at the time but my passion was in fitness and I wanted to make a modification in people’s lives. I retrained as a Personal Fitness Trainer and haven’t viewed it back since. I love serving people, not just to look better and get a fitter stronger body, but also to feel more self-assured and happy within.

Thursday (Chest and Triceps):
Dumbbell Flat Chest Press – 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps
Incline Chest Flys – 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps
Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks – 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
Seated Tricep Press – 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
Push-ups – 4 sets until disappointment
Repeat these exercises remaining days.

My DIET AND plan:
In the Morning: 30g porridge with a teaspoon of weight watcher raspberry jam
In Lunch: Spinach, broccoli, chicken breast, brown rice and light soya sauce
In Mid-afternoon snack: 2 rice cakes with tsp peanut butter and a chocolate protein shake
In Dinner: Whole green beans, chicken breast, sweet potato
In Evening snack: 12 Raspberries, 100g Fage 0% and Chocolate protein.
